About this website

This website is operated by Andre Lingman trading as Call the Painters, a Hamilton-based service-area painting business. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security or forms.

Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee that we can undertake the work. Website descriptions and photographs provide general information. Every property and painting job is different.

A quote becomes available only after we have enough information to assess the requested work. Scope, preparation, exclusions, price, timing, payment and any project-specific conditions will be set out or confirmed separately. A contract is formed only when the applicable quote or agreement is accepted.

Information and photographs you provide

Please provide information that is accurate and that you are entitled to share. Do not upload photographs containing unrelated confidential material or images you do not have permission to provide.

You allow us to use submitted details and photographs only as reasonably needed to respond, assess the job, prepare a quote and manage the enquiry or resulting work. Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Statement.

Painter Gear

The Painter Gear section is an invitation to request information, not an online checkout. Products are made to order, colour availability is confirmed before proceeding, and each holder generally requires about six to eight hours of printing. The guide currently describes:

• Roller cage holder — two for $10 plus GST.
• Mini roller handle holder — one for $10 plus GST.
• Paintbrush holder — one for $10 plus GST.

We will confirm the product, quantity, colour, final price, expected completion time and collection or delivery arrangement before accepting an order. Product appearance may show normal variation from the 3D-printing process.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but information may occasionally be incomplete, outdated or temporarily unavailable. Contact us before relying on website information for a time-sensitive decision. External links are provided for convenience; we do not control third-party websites.

Intellectual property

The Call the Painters branding, website design, written content and our photographs and product designs are owned by us or used with permission. You may view the website for ordinary personal or business enquiry purposes, but must not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

New Zealand consumer rights

Nothing in these Website Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.

Changes and governing law

We may update the website and these terms when our services or systems change. The current version and update date will remain on this page. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
